Chipotle Starting Pay
The starting pay for an entry-level team member averages around $9.15 an hour. However, the best way to determine an approximate amount in your area is to look at your state’s minimum wage and add approximately $.50 to $1.00 to it.
So, for example, in Arizona, where the state minimum pay is $12.15 an hour, you can add another $.75 to that and the starting pay becomes $12.90 an hour, on average. In states such as Alabama, where there is no state minimum wage and is exactly like the federal minimum at $7.25 an hour, simply add approximately $1.00 an hour to that. So, in Alabama, you would start at about $8.25 an hour.
